As a therapist licensed in Connecticut and Virginia, I help women in Connecticut and Virginia who are tired of feeling anxious and are craving excitement and fulfillment in their lives. I help them realize how wonderful and awesome they truly are. No matter how ambitious my clients are, they are often struggling with low self-esteem, anxious feelings, and self-doubt.

You are not ridiculous or silly for feeling the way you do. In our sessions we will explore together how your past experiences and relationships all connect to create the unique person you are.

We will work together to explore why those pesky anxious and judgmental thoughts took hold in the first place, and how they may be undermining your best intentions for supportive, loving, balanced relationships in all areas of your life. Together we will transform these thoughts into empowered, confident beliefs about yourself.

By building self-compassion, my clients become more connected to themselves, more clear on setting boundaries, and communicate more confidently. Each of my clients is unique, and I tailor strategies and interventions specifically for what you need. Expect to have the space you need to process and work through your experiences while also building up a toolbox of concrete helpful strategies. I will support you on your journey by giving you another perspective to help you let go of those doubts you have about yourself so you can go out, take risks, and feel freer in the process. The most important thing to me is that you feel supported, safe, and accepted in our sessions.
