My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident in taking the next step toward the relationships you want and deserve.
Let me answer some of your questions about online therapy in Connecticut and Virginia.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’re a professional woman who’s tired of repeating hot-and-cold cycles, overthinking every text, or questioning your self-worth in dating, this work is for you. You don’t have to stay stuck in the same painful patterns — together, we’ll create clarity and lasting change.
Do you only work with women who are dating?
Not at all. Many of my clients come to me after a breakup, during a pause from dating, or while reflecting on past unfulfilling relationships. The focus is on healing the patterns that keep showing up, so whenever you are ready to date again, you do so with self-trust and confidence.
What if I’ve already tried therapy before?
That’s very common. What makes this different is our focus on your nervous system, attachment patterns, and real-world dating experiences. This isn’t just talk therapy — it’s practical, embodied, and designed to help you make different choices in real time that feel aligned with your truest self.
Do you only see high-achieving or professional women?
My clients are often ambitious, driven, and successful in their careers, but struggling to find that same success in love. If you resonate with the cycles I describe, you belong here — whether you’re climbing the career ladder, running your own business, or simply striving for growth.
What if I feel broken or hopeless about relationships?
That’s exactly where many of my clients begin. You are not broken — your nervous system is repeating old attachment wounds. With the right tools and support, you can shift out of those patterns and begin to feel calm, grounded, and hopeful about love again.
Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes, all of my sessions are conducted online, so you can access support from anywhere. Many of my clients are busy professionals, and virtual therapy makes it easy to fit this work into your life.
How often will we meet for therapy?
Our sessions will be scheduled weekly until you reach your goals. I have found that my clients who meet on a weekly basis start feeling better much more quickly than those meeting less frequently.
Weekly sessions allow us to develop a strong therapeutic relationship and get right into progressing towards your goals, and allow us to address long-standing unconscious patterns that keep showing up in multiple areas of your life. Many women choose to continue therapy long-term as they deepen their self-trust and move into new stages of dating or relationships.
We will schedule a consistent time for our sessions that will recur on a weekly basis. This will make it easier to plan around and you’ll have a predictable, consistent time in your schedule focused on you and your growth.
What does life look like after doing this work?
My clients often describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded in themselves. Dating no longer feels like a rollercoaster — instead, they know how to recognize red flags early, trust their intuition, and walk away from situations that don’t serve them. They stop losing themselves in someone else’s pace and start showing up with confidence, self-respect, and ease. Most importantly, they cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, valuing themselves first, which transforms not only the relationships they attract but also how they show up in every area of life.
Why is self-love so important in dating?
When you truly value yourself first, everything changes. You stop overcompensating, overthinking, or staying in relationships that don’t serve you. Self-love allows you to set clear boundaries, trust your choices, and naturally attract partners who are safe, nourishing, and aligned with the life you want.
Can we work together?
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Connecticut (#1812) and Virginia (#0717001590) and am able to work with any women who are located in these states. Contact me if you live in a location outside of CT or VA - some states and countries may have laws that could allow us to work together.
What is the investment for working with you?
My session rate is $280 per 50 minute individual online therapy session.
Do you take my insurance?
I am in the process of getting off of insurance panels. Currently, I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Check with your particular plan about coverage for telehealth.
I am able to offer a superbill for insurances I am out-of-network-for. You may also decide to use an app called Reimbursify, that allows you to quickly apply for reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.
How do you keep my therapy information private?
All client records are stored in a cloud based system with bank level encryption that is HIPAA certified, encrypted, and kept secure. Learn more here: https://www.simplepractice.com/security
Video therapy sessions are only held over HIPAA compliant software that ensures that our communications are encrypted.
